Description of Property | This restaurant has been created from four adjacent shop units in the Rio Canario edificio, in Patalavaca. These are the end four units, and along the front of these and other shop units there is a pedestrian walkway which is protected from the road and so forms the main pedestrian route for the area. The four units have been converted to provide a large kitchen, cosy bar area, toilets and indoor seating areas. The main area used by customers however is the large terrace in front of the property which is furnished with 18 tables and room for up to 100 diners. The Restaurant is across the road from several of the biggest hotels and self catering apartments in the area including Green Beach, Donan~a, Don Paco, La Canario, Aguamarina, . Within 2-300m walk there are some of the largest hotel in the area including Anfi del Mar, Sunwing and El Dorado. This gives a potential audience of 2-3000 per week. These customers are generally Scandinavian (especially in winter), German or English.
